Our promise to you...

At www.pureshowers.com your happiness and satisfaction is our primary concern. Therefore, we make the following promises to you our valuable customer:

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase - for any reason - you can return the purchase to us for a full money back refund on the purchase price (within 7 days)*.
  2. If the shower filter does not fit in your shower system for some reason (such as your shower hose or taps are not standard) then you can send the unused product back to us in the same condition and we will happily refund your purchase price.

How much does shipping cost?

  • To find out your shipping cost - put items in the shopping cart, on the cart contents page just click the Calculate Shopping Cost link above the sub-total.

How we ship...

  • We use Royal Mail to do all our shipping
  • You have the ability to choose from a range of shipping options:
    • Special Delivery (order will be sent the following day for Next Day Delivery)
    • Parcelforce 48 - orders placed in this manner will arrive at your door in 48 hours.
    • Royal Mail standard parcels - this takes a little more time (usually 3 - 5 days) but is the cheapest option
    • Royal Mail 1st Class - for those smaller orders.
    • We reserve the right to alter your shipping method to any better or equivalent level of service. Or to seperate the contents of your order into seperate postal packages (all sent at the same time).
  • In line with Royal Mail policies lost packages are classified as lost after 15 working days from the date of your order being shipped (apart from services that have guaranteed delivery timelines). We kindly ask that our customers please give all packages at least 15 working days to be delivered. After which time we kindly request that customers give us prompt notification of any loss/damage in email to info@pureshowers.com and please work with us and our postal service to resolve any loss/damage products as quickly as possible.
  • When you are ready to go to the check-out, select the shipping option you want and shipping will be calculated for you, you will get some of the above options (depending on what you have bought).

Returns...

All returns please email us first at: info@pureshowers.comto recieve an RMA number.

  • * The cost of returning goods to us is the responsibility of the customer.
  • * Customers must take reasonable care of goods, packaging & contents of packages before they are returned to us, in cases of damage or deterioration, we reserve the right to charge for any reduction in value and deduct this from the refund that is to be issued.
