I bought this product thinking it would fit all bath taps. Unfortunately it doesn't fit ours, as it's a waterfall type spout and the "arms" holding the bath ball are not long enough for the water to hit the ball before going in the bathtub. Very disappointed as it seems like a great product. Using the shower filter and it works a treat. ** Review from PS ** Sorry that the harness didn't fit your tap. Actually, the harness for the Bath Ball will only fit standard taps, but you don't have to use the harness for the bath ball to work. You can fashion your own type of DIY harness and just hang the ball under the spout. We'll email you with some more instructions. Glad to know the Shower Filter is working for you though :)
