I have noticed a substantial improvement in the condition of my hair. My curls used to be limp, hard and would take an eternity to dry. Now my curls are moisterised and bouncy would definitely recommend this. I also have noticed some benefits for my skin, less facial blemishes and it's softer on the whole. Works well with my electic showerpump too.
