| Hi from http://www.pureshowers.co.uk ,
Oh no! Our sympathies go out to all our Norther Ireland customers (actually - to all the people in NI) who are affected by the terrible catastrophe that has caused for 240 homes to be without water for the past few days!
How horrible will it be not to be able to have a shower before New Years Eve! These poor people will have to put on quite a lot of the perfume they got for Xmas this year tonight!!
The County of Fermanagh has been out of water for a few days and a high level of demand for water has been blamed for the disruption.
"Some of our service reservoirs in the affected areas are at a low level due to water leaking out through the system from bursts on private supply pipes such as cattle drinking troughs, and vacant properties such as holiday homes, sports grounds and community halls," said a statement.
"Once again we would ask all customers and keyholders to check their properties for leaks and we are urging all farmers to check the drinking troughs on their land for bursts.
"Some customers have continued to run their taps in an attempt to prevent leaks."
We extend our sympathy to all people in the effected areas and hope that the water is returned to them promptly! We also just want to remind everybody that when the water does return, you should consider getting yourself a shower filter to keep that water nice and pure and protect hair and skin!!
Happy new year! |
