| Hello from http://www.pureshowers.co.uk the home of the BEST shower filter store in the UK and Ireland!,
Several county's in Northern Ireland have been hit hard by the extreme weather conditions and have been left without water.
In county Down water treatment works have also been dampening supplys in the Newry area. Last wednesday there were 200 homes without water supply in the Burren area and throughout Northern Ireland around 1,000 households were left with no water.
Northern Ireland water have said that it is now seeing potential interruptions to water supplies in the Mayobridge, Rostrevor, Castlewellan and Newry areas because of a problem at the Fofanny Water Treatment Works.
The head of water supply for NI Water (Mr Gallagher) has said, "We have a lot of problems with bursts on service pipes and bursts within individuals properties, we isolated more than 60 pipes yesterday and the day before in the Newry area."
Looks like the extreme water conditions are effecting our water supplies more than usual. Our hearts go out to the people in NI that are having problems with their supplies and hope that the water comes on soon for them.
When the water does come back though - we hope that everyone will consider buying a shower filter for their homes. So that they can all have cleaner healthier showers, with all the chlorine, chemicals and all that horrible scale filtered away. Leaving only fresh healthy water.
Warm wishes!
