FIR Ceramic Balls
Our Far-infrared Mineral Ceramic Balls combine the health benefits of far-infrared molecules with the amazing filtering properties of ceramic. This is a replacement shower head design for a previous model, in which the refilling was tricky.
It’s a sleek looking design and appears to be working fine. I’m pleased to have The chlorine and other toxins filtered out again. And the refill Cartridge looks easy to insert.

It feels nicer on my skin and it's stopping the dryness I used to get, but all the showerheads seem to point the water straight down in a narrow stream instead of having it go outwards slightly to cover a larger surface area.

Still reviewing the effects but does seem to have reduced the shower screen deposits considerably and the eczema does seem to be reducing slowly - only a months use so far. Even with a power shower the spray is reduced somewhat but its still acceptable. Water does feel softer too although not sure that is because of reduced power.

Happy with everything so far. Easy to put in the cartridge & to put on and replace the old shower head . I bought this to stop my hair turning a green khaki colour with the acidic water from a well . Ive only been using it for about a month , but i do feel my hair is better than it was and feels softer and less dry & frizzy . It does reduce the water pressure a bit so what i do is i only put it on & use it every 3 days when im washing my hair , its easy to alternate both my shower heads . ** Reply from PS ** Thank you for your reply Mary, the reason why your pressure is lower is because these shower filters are made to be used with mains water supplies which offer better pressure. If you need your pressure to be better you might need to install a wall unit which gives additional pressure.

Product is absolutely fantastic, but instruction manual provided was very unclear.
Had to contact company to clarify, and when I rang, the person I spoke to said I had to email a photo and explanation of what was wrong. This was very annoying as well - why couldn't they just provide answers to my simple questions over the phone? Instead I had to waste my time by sending an email and then wait 12 hours to get a reply before I could actually install the filter into the product.

Excellent efficient service - most impressed. The shower head is excellent too. Very easy to fit, and whilst the water flow is slightly slower it doesn't make much difference. My skin feels so much nicer after showering now, and already my hair is shinier. I will be purchasing another of these soon to take to our house in Italy.

The product is excellent. Although on your website it said that it came with a bracket, which it doesn't. The instructions with the showerhead were also poor and we fed this back. I wasn't very satisfied with the response. I feel that we should of got some compensation for having been sold a shower without a bracket, when on your website it says that it comes with one! ** Reply from PS ** Sorry about the wrong info on the website, as per our convo with you that was for the old model and has been fixed now.

Fast efficient service. The showerhead is good. Flow is slightly less but I expected that and it is not a big problem. My skin is definitely softer, and I think my hair is slightly softer (not the major change I'd hoped for, but I was expecting a miracle). Likewise, watermarks on the shower haven't completely disappeared, but there is a slight improvement. I think this is a pretty good product for the price.

Service from the company was great, but the product just didn't work. I suffer from eczema/dermatitis all over my chest and back which is much worse after a shower so putting 2 and 2 together, surely I'm reacting to something in the water??
