I am buying products for quite some years from Pureshowers. The service, quality of products is super excellent. There was never ever an issue. A very ethical company!
Product seems to be working OK - or would if I could have a shower! (I have had to use the isolation switch on the loo which was continuously refilling and this has, somehow, also switched off the shower.) Not your fault - just a very badly designed bathroom. The reason I rated 'satisfactory' was because of receiving a special offer just after I had placed my order but you have kindly told me to get in touch before I make my next order so you can apply such a discount - hope I remember!
