I am pleased with this product. It was easy to fit to existing hose on shower. The features are great. Water feels refreshing leaves my skin and hair feeling soft.

Product is absolutely fantastic, but instruction manual provided was very unclear.
Had to contact company to clarify, and when I rang, the person I spoke to said I had to email a photo and explanation of what was wrong. This was very annoying as well - why couldn't they just provide answers to my simple questions over the phone? Instead I had to waste my time by sending an email and then wait 12 hours to get a reply before I could actually install the filter into the product.
Once I finally got it all working, I can honestly say that the difference to my water is unbelievable - so much softer now!Stars (3 / 5) - Shower Filter Review

Excellent efficient service - most impressed. The shower head is excellent too. Very easy to fit, and whilst the water flow is slightly slower it doesn't make much difference. My skin feels so much nicer after showering now, and already my hair is shinier. I will be purchasing another of these soon to take to our house in Italy.

The product is excellent. Although on your website it said that it came with a bracket, which it doesn't. The instructions with the showerhead were also poor and we fed this back. I wasn't very satisfied with the response. I feel that we should of got some compensation for having been sold a shower without a bracket, when on your website it says that it comes with one! ** Reply from PS ** Sorry about the wrong info on the website, as per our convo with you that was for the old model and has been fixed now.

Very quick delivery, fitted well, no leeks and easy to attach, looks nice, seems to have stopped my husband's itchy skin.
